I remember being eight years old. I was wild as most eight year old's are, and me and my friends were really loud. I was, for the most of it, a good student when it came to everything but math. I just simply didn't pay attention in class, and I got the worst grades ever. I think that I have changed in a way that now I am more mature, get better grades in math class, and don't scream as often. Those were the good old days! (: #MadelyneCoyne
Better grades as you get older is a good thing, means your intelligence is only growing, good thing I can elaborate on that, I've recently been getting slightly better too. Great blog.
I remember being eight. When I was eight years old I remember that it was an age that I was like I always am. I like to think that my character doesn't change. I'll never forget that on my 8th birthday we went to build a bear and I got a stuffy German Shepherd because I've always loved German Shepherds, and it was around that time that the vet told us she thinks my dog is fifty percent German Shepherd. #ChelseaBarclay
I remember the excitement I got when I found out that I was going to build a bear! I still have the stuffed animal that I made while I was there. Nice blog
When I was eight I was living in Japan for my dad’s work. There, I made many new friends and when I turned eight I had my party at a country club and there my friends and I bowled, danced, swam and watched movies. I liked that year because of my school and my friends and in school we did not get any homework!!! When I was eight I laughed a lot (just like now) and I was very happy and always excited. Sometimes I wish I could turn back time for just one day. #AbigailAufderheide
when i was eight i had my little brother and that's where hell started and it can't be forgotten and i know that school was hell for me i had nothing that i have now and i really appreciate that but my brothers where making life hell for me he would stink up my room and that's all i remember
When I was eight years old I was pretty much a perfect kid, and I had a perfect life. To explain, school was easy; mostly because I got no homework and I got straight A's. I think I had the perfect life when I was eight years old because I had everything I needed; which was a TV. When I was eight years old life was great.
I remember when I was eight. I loved it. I spent most of my time with my family and doing gymnastics. School was a lot of fun because that year I met a lot of new friends. During that year I went to a gymnastics summer camp with one of my closest friends that met during that year. During the summer camp I broke my arm but it was still really fun while I was there. Being eight was amazing. #Rebecca
I don't remember being right at all. I'm not suprised by that because I don't remenber what I had for supper on Monday! As a child I was very spontaneous. (So my mom says!) she said that when I was very young I would open drawers that are on top of each other and would open them. Then I would climb them like stairs and stand on top of the counter!!!! I have definitely changed since then. I am more quiet and calm than when I was when I was 18 months old. I started crawling at 6 months old and walking at 9 months. My mom had to baby proof the entire house. I will still do some things that are a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny bit dangerous. #Vanessa Pampena
I remember being eight years old. As a child, me and my best friend would act really silly and we were loud a lot of the time. I was doing great in school and everything was great, apart from the fact that my best friend and I would be getting in trouble a lot for talking in class. I find that I’ve changed a lot, I’m more mature and I’m not so much of a loud person like I was when I eight. #VanessaKimber
I actually can’t remember being eight… Or, at least I can’t really remember anything really specific about that year other than who my teachers were and the fact that I would have gone to Ogunquit in Maine on vacation that year. I do know that as a child I was very organised and was always helping out my parents! I also remember that I dressed completely differently, as I had short hair back then and always wore in down. I used to wear a lot of dresses and skirts with pretty tops, and I always had a positive attitude. Now that I’m older, I do look a lot different, and I rarely wear “girly” clothes now. I also prefer to wear my hair in a ponytail, and I mostly like to dress in Adidas pants and sporty tops. I have still got my positive attitude and many of the same friends.
I really don't remember being 8 but I do remember my teachers and I remember that I had a great grade 2 teacher. She was amazing, actually now that I think of it I do kind of remember some things from grade 2. At Christmas time my class made a whole play about Santa Claus and elves and stuff. Anyways I remember playing Mrs Claus and the guy who played Santa Claus is still my friend and we still remember. I know I have changed a lot since grade 2 because whenever I see videos of myself I always laugh because I was so small and young. #Ella
When I was 8 years old, I was a very cool kid. I was quiet. I actually liked to read and I used to love watching Disney movies. I played basketball and hung out with my friends on playdates and birthday parties. I played video games every time I got a chance. I haven’t changed much. I was in paradise! Everything was easy. My third grade teachers didn’t give much homework and when they did, I used to find it extremely easy. I was a great student because I handed all my homework on time. I was very quiet; even quieter back then, then I am today. Hard to believe but true! I respected all of my teachers and my friends. Looking at how easy the third grade was, I realize that I was very ungrateful. Everything was so easy yet I always complained when I had to do the little amount of homework that my teachers gave me. I didn’t know how good I had it back then. I met Levi last Christmas. Mr Katz introduced us. He’s very cool kid. Happy birthday, Levi!! #Connor
That was 8 years ago and I remeber it like it was yesterday. When I was 8 it was when my family and I were moving from Georgia to Haiti. I remeber moving schools in Georgia and then moving again to Haiti. I really missed the teachers(not the kids) I've changed a lot from when I was 8 I've matured and changed as a person. #iknowtoomanypeople
I definitely remember being 8 years old because that was when I was in grade 2 and 3. I remember grade 3 specifically because that was when I started to have an English teacher and not only a French teacher. Being 8 and being in grade 3 was a really fun year for me. Having two separate teachers was so much better than only having one teacher. I liked learning some things like Math with the English teacher and having a French teacher to teach me Science. I’m pretty much the same then and now. The only thing that I think is different now is that I get annoyed less. I used to get so annoyed by so many things in elementary school, but now I try my best to maintain a positive attitude. #BriannaMcCrory
When I turned eight I was halfway through grade two I believe. That school year I was put into a split class (half the class a grade and the other a different grade) in the class I'ed mostly talk to my friend Noah. I remember doing well with my grades and doing many french presentations by heart. At home I was still into my habit of yelling I do not really know why I did it, it was just interesting to yell. In my spare time had played two video games I would play “Team Fortress 2” and “CoD Black Ops 2” #Noah
I was very dumb back then, and I guess had a strong child innocence, but still had the good parts of me, I was really skinny back then. My mom would call me skinny minny sometimes, which back then was an accurate description of what I was like. I have changed a lot since then, I've gained a lot of weight, I'm less sporty and I have a lot less friends, but the one's I have are good one's, so it levels out.
Oh gods, 8. I was the most cringe 8 year old ever. I hated from grade 1-3. I don't want to go into detail because that was a really rough time for me. People weren't the nicest to me. Thinking about it makes me cry. I'm a bit better now but not much. The things people did to me caused massive problems in my life that I never recovered from. One of the maybe 2 friends/people who liked me at the time was Kaitlyn C. (Carpy). She one of the nicest people I've ever met. She went to my pre-school and I've known her since I was a year old when I moved into my neighborhood. She lives down the street from me and I still see her every day. I don't honesty remember who my other friend was cause if i remember correctly she became part of the mean people the next year and I don't care about people like that. I was quite a person at 8. I was mature beyond my age because of the things I had been through. My life hit rock bottom at 8. I've changed so much it's not even funny. My taste has changed, physical appearance, personality, etc. I went from "DISNEY CHANNEL" to "FANDOMS". I used to actually approach other humans and not get nervous and anxious. I'm sorry to all who knew me then . I was even more of a wreck than I am now, that's saying something. I used to be very "PINK BARBIE DOLLS AND PINK" now I'm more like "Emo bands, pop, hip-hop, rap, YouTube, Netflix, cartoons (like Adventure Time and Miraculous,Gravity Falls, etc), anime, writing, Books, things that aren't made for my age, Instagram, PicsArts,etc.". One thing I never lost from the age of 8, was my adoration of Broadway and Selena Gomez. I saw many Broadway musicals when I was a kid. I'm happy that's something that has never left me. I adore Selena Gomez, she is one of my idols. WORST OF ALL I HATED TO READ. Now reading is one of the most magical things ever to me. At 8, I would have never thought I would like reading, words, books, or anything related. Look at me now, my fangirl personality came out because of books. I'M EVEN WRITING MY OWN BOOK WITH 190 READS. Basic points, Life was horrible at 8, I had like 2 friends, I've changed, I used to hate to read *cringe*. Friend Tag: #carpy.
I remember when I turned eight! Being 8 years old was fun! I mostly spent my time playing all day long. I used to have so much free time. Today I have so many things to do, it drives me crazy. When I was a kid I was really shy around everyone, expect my friends and family. When I was with my friends or family, I was a very hipper kid. I was always excited for something new. Know that I'm almost going to be turning 13, I'm going to miss those little memories I had. #GabriellaIzzo
I remember turning eight. That was the first year I started living with my aunt and uncle. When I was eight I had to go to a new school. I was really really shy as an eight year old. I was scared to ask the teachers to go to the bathroom. I was new to the school and I didn't know anyone. I was really quiet. I was to shy to speak English because I spoke French for my whole life till that year. I literally didn't talk for most of the year. The first person I remember talking to is Amanda. Soon after that we became friends. I remember in grade 3 everything was easy. Everyone hung out together and we barely got any homework, those were the good old days. I think that I changed a little bit. Now I talk a little more than I used to. I think that another think that changed about me is that now I feel more confident than I used to. #AmandaParison
I don't really remember much from when I was eight, but I can guess that I was probably some sort of demon child. I remember hearing from my parents that I got into a lot of trouble when I was younger, and I assume that when I was eight I was no different. I've heard stories of where I would do something bad and then just avoid talking to anyone for a long time. I definitely think that I've changed from then, I don't cause as much chaos and I spend most of my time reading instead of emulating chaos.
I don't remember much when I was eight years old. I don't have a great memory but, I remember a little bit. I remember playing outside with my siblings and having a lot of fun. I remember my 2 grade teacher miss Joanne and some of my friends in that class. I also remember when winters would not be as dreadful and gross as it was this year. Although when I was 8 years old my memory was kind of blurry, it has some for my most best memory.
I don't really remember what it was like to be eight but I do remember my Grade 2 teacher, Mme Elsa and mostly everyone in my class. I remember my grade 2 class just because that's the year when I started to get very close wit people and that's the year I met my really good friend Ryan. Ryan and I used to do everything together but sadly, after graduation we lost touch and went our separate ways.
I kind of remember when I was eight years old, but my parents have told me about how I was. They said that I was very dominating and wouldn't allow anyone to tell me what to do. I guess I had a lot of attitude at that age. My parents also said that I would always retaliate whenever I didn't get my way and that I was very independent because I wouldn't let anyone help me with my homework. I have changed from eight years old to twelve years old, but I do have some of the same personality traits as I did before. Now, whenever I don't get my way, I don't react in the same way as I did before. Although, I am still independent because I still don't allow people to help me with my work unless I ask them to. When I was eight, I was friends with Olivia and we are still friends today. There were a lot of people that I was friends with, but I don't talk to them anymore, except for Olivia and we have been friends for about 10 years now.
