I am an only child and most people say I’m very lucky because I don’t have to deal with brothers and sisters and I agree with them because when I constantly see siblings fighting it gets kind of annoying. But, on the other hand, I would like to have a sister maybe because it gets lonely sometimes at home especially when there are no friends over and my parents are busy. I like the way life is now but if I could choose to spend a day with my very own sibling then I definitely would.

DeleteI have a younger brother. We don't argue mainly because he is autistic and non verbal. I guess being an only child would be fun I mean it would be cool to have so much attention and I would get a lot more things because I wouldn't need to compromise. But I can't see myself living without my brother anymore because he's very important to me. Even though I don't ever want to live in this world without him I do sometimes get jealous of people who don't have siblings.

I have an older sister named Jordan. She’s sixteen years and loves music. She knows everything about music plus she’s super smart. She’s very nice and very optimistic. I hate her, she’s the worst! JUST KIDDING! I love my sister and she loves me. We hardly ever argue and when we do, we forgive each other right away. It’s like we can’t get into fights. We also help each other all the time. She usually helps me with my homework and I help her when she’s sick. We used to talk and hang out all the time in elementary school. We both went to the same school. Now she’s in sec 4 at Royal West Academy and I’m in sec 1 at St-Thomas. So we don’t get to hang out at school anymore but we still hang out together at home playing video games, listening to music, playing cards, watching movies and having conversations.

I do have a sibling. I have an older brother. My brother's name is Palmar, he is two years older than me. My relationship with him is pretty bad. Its bad because whenever we even say hello to each other the other sibling is like "okay what do you want now" and then the first one would say "nothing absolutely nothing… except" then before they can finish the other sibling says "NO" . We don't even let each other finish our sentences, so when one of us is nice to the other its always because they want something. So I would say Yes I do bother my brother when I want something, but in my defines he also bothers me when he wants something!

She does bug me a lot and I try to bug her too but of course my parents have to always take her said cause she's "younger" sometimes I am grateful and other times I'm not
ReplyDeleteThis is honestly really hard to answer because I've never had a sibling and I don't know what it's like. Call me crazy but I would love a sibling. I understand you'd probably fight a lot when you're younger but when you're in your 20's, 30's or 40's you'll always have someone to be with and you'll be grown up so you won't fight as much. There are also great advantages to having siblings. Like if you have a brother you don't have to share a lot with them because they're a boy, if you have a sister you can always talk to her about anything and she'll understand. Vice versa if your a boy.

DeleteI have one brother, Christopher. He is in Secondary 3, and, just like me, attends Saint. Thomas High School. He is very tall and looks a lot like me. He has dirty-blond hair, dark brown eyes, and I like to bug him about his big bushy eyebrows. He constantly bugs me with just about anything… Anything I do or say is wrong or the opposite of his opinion. Even though I have not experienced what it is like to be an only child, I do consider myself lucky to have a sibling, regardless of how annoying my brother can be. I really couldn’t imagine life without him, and, to be honest, when he isn’t annoying me, he really is great fun to be around.

I have one brother who's just 2 years younger than me. I fight with my brother everyday over the smallest things. There's never been a day, where we haven't fought. We always fight over who gets to watch their shows first or if I need something and he won't give it to me just to bug me. I annoy him just to bug him and he does the same to me. Whenever we fight, it only lasts like a few minutes. I think the longest time we've been mad at each other was a few hours. My life without a sibling could be good and bad. If I was an only child, there wouldn't be anyone to annoy or bug me and I would have the most peaceful days. But, I would feel more lonely because even though we don't play with each other, there's always some things that can only be understood by your sibling and not your parents. Plus, who would you be able to annoy if not your siblings? So, I'd say that my life would be very lonely and boring without my brother.
ReplyDeleteI have two siblings. One of them is older than me and her name is Bryanna. She is 14 years old like Ponyboy. I also have a younger brother Devon who is 11 years old. My sister and I get along very well but I can't say the same for my brother. Devon can get on your nerves very easily and bugs me constantly. If you tell him to stop doing something or go away he just does it even worse than when he started doing it. But I guess some of the things I deserve. But most of the things I don't. Some things I deserve because I bug him a lot but not as much as he bugs me.

OK so i have 5 siblings. Maria she is 12, Melina she is 10, Zoe she is 9 (but in her mind she is 2), Michael he is 4, and Katelyn she is 1. I bug my siblings A LOT and when i mean A LOT i mean A LOT. i bug them so much to the point where they get in trouble and not me. But i love my siblings to death and always will. I think that my life wouldn't be the same without my siblings. But to be honest a day without my sisters is a "quite" day because they are honestly so loud and get on my nerves so much, especially Zoe. But all my siblings are very close and very active. Since me and my brother are 8 years apart its hard to have fun with him because hes just a little kid but we are interested in a lot of the same things like cars, me and my brother and my dad love cars. And my sister are just annoying sometimes and that pretty much it.

DeleteI have one sister and her name is Angelina. She is 6. Angelina and I don't get along to well but what siblings don't, right? My sister and I bug each other a lot but in the end we both know we still love each other a lot.I don't think life would be better being the only child because I was the only child for around 6 years and it was pretty boring becasue I didn't have anyone in the house to play with and to bug so I'm happy to have my sister and I know I always will.

I have two older siblings. My oldest brother is constantly working in his room of enjoying his little amount of free time that he has playing games or communicating with his friends (I rarely see him or even talk to him that includes at parties as well). My second brother who is not really ever busy doing super important stuff I tend to bombard and over the years his initial reaction to me has shifted to be annoyed. So I am not best of terms with any of my brothers but I guess in the end we do hang out very rarely but that's when we are punished from electronics so we play cards or chess.
ReplyDeleteI am a only child so I can not relate to all the fighting and arguing. I've always wanted siblings when I was younger but now that I'm getting older I don't mind being the only child. I have a lot of friends to replace siblings ahhaha. Also I do get kinda spoiled but just because I'm the only child doesn't mean I don't have to work for my rewards. I think my life would be a little different with siblings. Personally i wouldn't mind siblings because being the only child can be lonely sometimes.

DeleteI have two siblings in my family. One of them is named Alisa and the other one is named Daniel. Siblings are really fun to have in life but sometimes they get really annoying especially when they are younger than you. My siblings think that they are better than me and they know best, they think that they are so much smarter than me. Having siblings make my life not as boring and makes me cheerful. Without my siblings my life would be dull. I learn from them and they learn from me.

ReplyDeleteI have an older sister and unlike most siblings, we don`t fight all that much, yes, there are moments where we both start to get annoyed with the other but for the most part my sister and I do get along quite well. If I had to go into detail about what bothers me the most about her, it would definitely be when she puts her music on and it's WAY too loud, to the point where I can hear it trough the walls. I don't really know how I would feel about being an only child, on one hand I can see that I would have much more time alone, which I personally would enjoy, I would eventually feel much more lonely. All in all while we do fight sometimes, I do love my sister and I am glad I'm not an only child.
ReplyDeleteI think that I am very lucky to have siblings. They always are very nice to me and we always have fun together. We do activities like going outside and playing soccer will also build snow forts and play board games. We talk about many different things about her day at school and problems that we have and we always try to help each other no matter what. I think that I am blessed to have siblings and that my life would not be the same without them. I think that if I didn't have siblings my life would be miserable and meaningless. I think that will not have as much fun and it'll be even more boring since I would have no one to share it with I think That without my siblings my life would be way different that is right now. I think siblings are so important because they are always there for you and they are like best friends for life.

DeleteI am thankful that i have a sibling, but my sisters terrible, we bully eachother all the time, but sometimes it can be fun, we do hang ot quite a lot so i guess its all right, She kinda helps me with my homework so i guess thats a positive, shes 19 now and is rarely home so its not like i really have one. So in other words, we bug eachother a lot.
ReplyDeleteI have two sisters their names are Lauren and Alessia. Lauren's 19 and Alessia is turning 18. My relationship with my sisters is great. We aren't really mean to each other unless we're stressed out. We sometimes bug each other but we're all mature enough to not be crazy annoying to each other, especially when we have to study of do homework. If I was an only child my life would probably be much worse. I would have no one to do fun stuff with, and if I needed help with homework or I needed an opinion I wouldn't have sisters to go to.
ReplyDeleteI have one sibling, but I think of my two older cousins as my sibling (because I live with my aunt and uncle). My brother is 11. He's in grade 6. My brother and I get along most of the time. But sometimes we fight over the littlest things, but most of the time we get along. Sometimes he does things to annoy me. Like if I'm watching TV he would start singing ( he's not a good singer) really loud so I can't hear the television. My cousin, she is 27. She has a shopping addiction. Everyday when I come home from school there's always a bunch of packages for her. She has all the packages delivered to our house because she know I will bring them inside. Can't she just have them delivered to her house! Me and her get along. I always wanted a sister and I got one. My other cousin is 25. He lives in Calgary. We was sometimes so annoying. We would always bug me on purpose. Me and my 3 siblings mostly get along. If I didn't have a sibling then life would boring. You'd have no one to hang out with. But on the other side no one can bother you. I'm so happy that I have siblings. I love all 3 !!!

DeleteI have one brother his name is Anthony, he is 17 years old and he is in sec 5 at John Rennie. My relationship with my brother is great most of the time. He get along really well but sometimes we bother each other.My brother and I have a great relationship. We hang out a lot together and we also like to play street hockey together outside. He is a really good hockey player. Anthony is really nice to me and always has my back when something is wrong or if I just need to talk to someone he always listens to me. But sometimes we do bug each other but it's only once in awhile. I will only get mad at him if he takes my things without my permission like my phone charger or my earbuds. I do bother him sometimes but not a lot. I'm really glad that I have Anthony as a brother he is always there for me and I don't know what I would do without him.

DeleteI have one sibling, my eleven year old brother who is in grade five. We get along pretty well, and we don't argue often. When I get bored and have nothing better to do, I start bugging my brother to see if he'll react, and then we just start bugging each other until we get bored again. But, for the most part, me and my brother get along really well, and we like to bond over things we like, or dislike.

I would much rather be an only child, it would be a lot easier for me to live life if I was. He bugs me a lot and does other things that make it even harder on me to live in a way I can feel safe and calm. (I thought this had posted but it didn't)
ReplyDeleteI don't have any siblings that live with me, I'm an only child. For me if I had a relative I would find it worse, I have trouble sharing so that is a no no for me, I also have trouble living with other people, so someone younger than me might kill me, I hate children younger than me, I find them quite annoying.
