I have only needed to plan something once in my life because my friend needed help to plan her younger sister's birthday party. The birthday party was a blast! I think everyone who was invited had a lot of fun. I also had a lot of fun planning it. One of the obstacles my friend and I had to overcome was dealing with the 20 five year olds that her younger sister invited over. The kids were one of the obstacles because five year old kids are pretty hard to handle. I find that they are hard to handle because they don't know what is wrong or right and also they don't like to listen to other people. They are very independent. Other than that it was a piece of cake!
I've planed many things in my life before for example birthday parties, presents, events, etc... The event that was most resent was when I planned a party with my best friend for are dogs birthday because they are five days apart her dog Havana's birthday is May 15th and my dog Ruby's birthday is May 20th. So are dogs both mean a lot to us and we wanted to surprise them with a birthday party!! So we went to Sentanial park and we prepared some yummy treats for them like a birthday cake for dogs and some popsicles that had a carrot as the stick!! She got her dog some new treats , a new blanket and a chew toy and I got Ruby four tennis balls, a rope toy and treats!!! They loved it and we're wagging their tails the whole time!!
I love planing birthday parties, they are so much fun!I always like to plan a little something for my mom, dad, cousins, brother, sister and more... Great blog!
I have planed for many things in my life like what i'm going to wear for a special day, a project, a birthday party, etc.. I plan mostly for vacation! Vacation is the word that everyone wants to hear especially when you have to do so many things like homework, test, projects and MANY more. To me vacation means that I can finally get a break from all those things that's been stressing me out for the past months. Vacation are the best thing because who ever you go with you make more and more memories with them and also have the best time ever. Because I can't go on a vacation every month it`s very important to plan what we will be doing there and what we will be bringing their. All the vacation I have went to were the best ever especially when it's a family vacation. I think that the only bad part about vacations is when you have to leave. To me it's sad because you had such a wonderful time and know you have to go back to reality and well reality is not always the best sometimes. I think that the only obstacle that I had to overcome is thinking about all the dangerous things that can happen like someone getting hurt or worse. After All vacation are the best things to plan for!!
By time you have done reading this, you are probably going to think I'm pretty devious. In fact, I'd go so far as to say I'm a pretty phenomenal master planner...
A couple of years back, we lost my dear cat, Gypsy, and were down to only one cat left in my family. I decided that he was lonely and needed a friend. My parents, especially my dad, was not into the idea of adopting another cat. But, I really wanted one, so started to plan...
One day while I was at the mall, I tried really hard to persuade my parents to adopt a little kitten from Animatch, but they were not at all interested. A few weeks later, we had to take Musket to the vet for a check up, and I kind of discussed that with one of the animal technicians how we were looking for a new cat. Later that week, Nancy (the technician from the vet's) called my mom and told her about a white cat that had been found and needed a new home. My mother was surprised to have received the phone call, and Nancy never let on to her that I had told her we were looking for a new cat. In fact, Nancy just kept telling her how good we were with animals... Unfortunately, the white cat was adopted by somebody else that same day. Within a few days, Nancy called back again to say that they had received a kitten that had been abused. Of course this was the right thing to say to my mom as she hates when people abuse animals. I went along with her to visit the kitten, and suggested that we bring along Musket to see how well the two cats would get along. That was great thinking on my part because we all (especially me) fell in love with the little kitty, Amber. When we got home, we still needed to convince Dad. All I had to do was turn on the water works (i.e. crying)and Dad was putty in my hands.
Long story short, I got what I wanted and I'm pretty sure my mom figured out how I plotted the whole scheme. Amber is an absolute cutie and nobody has ever really accused me of being devious....
I would have done the exact same thing as you and your mom! I also find that my dog is lonely and I try to convince her that we should get another one!!! GREAT BLOG!!!!!!!!!!
I usually plan little things like what I’m going to do on the weekend or planning what to do with a friend, I don’t really plan that much. The one time I did plan something bigger than normal was when my friend, Elise, was changing schools and moving to Ontario. She was a really close friend and I would miss her a lot so I invited her to my house and I invited some close friends over but I kept that a secret. My other friends came earlier to help me prepare a poster for her and when she finally came we all shouted “surprise!!!” and she told us that she heard us screaming before when the doorbell rang. It wasn’t much of a surprise but I could tell she was happy to have friends like us.
Around 5 years ago, my parents and I decided to plan a big surprise birthday party for my older brother’s 16th birthday. His friends wanted to help out with the decorations well, because they were his friends. Anyways, it was going very well until one of his friends dropped the cake on the floor “accidently”. We still had a bit of time left because my brother wasn’t arriving for another 2 hours.
My parents were a bit upset because there wasn’t a lot of time left but my dad luckily had enough time to go buy a new cake. Anyways, everything worked out very well apart from that cake incident. An obstacle that we had to overcome was buying a whole new cake. The funny part is that my parents still never told my brother about all that and my brother still thinks that it was just a normal day and a normal party.
That sounds like a really stressful obstacle to overcome. I like how your family had enough time to make it seem like nothing happened for your brother. Great blog!

I had to plan something big last year, you see, I lost my homework for French and needed a new copy so my teacher gave me one, but then I forgot that one at school! he said it was due in two days, so I needed to plan something. I decided that since parent teacher night was the nest day I could sneak with my parents and slip my way into school and find it. So I discussed it with my parents and we planned that I would slip in behind my parents as they entered and try to hide as we made our way to the halls, then I would grab the packet and BAM! I would hide in the bathroom until I could leave with them again but this time by the back. So we set the plan in motion and executed it perfectly I knew the secretary was in her office to unlock the doors and the back so we easily snuck in, then the hard part, getting my homework on my shelf without making noise or taking too long and have my teachers open up the door to invite my parents in, we made it just as the last family made it in so I dashed silently to get it and BINGO! HOMEWORK AQUIRED! I went into the bathrooms and hid and then, when my parents left I hid with them and left. Although I probably could've just walked up to the secretary and said that I was there to grab something but the plan was much cooler and in the end MISSION COMPLETE! (meaning I did the homework on time)
I don't really plan à lot of things, the things i mainly plan for are, arrangements with my friends or funny videos that my friends and i like to create. When we plan are skits, we do à bunch of pre plan so that everything is perfect, we arrange who says what and what goes where. I still remember this wattle bottle skit i filmed with my friend, “Tyler, Spencer and Ryan.” We did à bunch of pre plan on who flips it first and where goes where. It's fun because after everything is done, we put everything together and edit the whole video and make it really cool and fantastic. Although we never post it anywhere, it's fun just to sit down and have à good time with your friends.
I’ve had to plan many things in my life. I’m fine with planning things, but I don’t like it when I have to plan something I know nothing about. I don’t like having to do the whole planning by myself; especially when I don’t know the subject. I play basketball and basketball requires you to come up with a plan in your brain. Will it be a layup, a dunk, a three point shot or a jump shot? You only have a few seconds to do all that planning. I don’t mind making plans for basketball because I know that game very well. I’ve been playing since I was five. I’m fine with plans like that. it’s only school plans I have trouble with. If I have to make plans for a project on a subject I know nothing about, I will stress the whole time.
I have had to plan something before, I had planned my mom's 30th birthday party, though I was only five I still had tried to help make her a cake and make sure it would be a surprise! This planned surprise birthday party turned out well, what happened was this; we all were surrounded by her when she woke up with a cake we had just baked, and had sung her a birthday song, she was very happy and we all ate the cake! (Afterward she opened her presents.) Something that was hard to plan (the obstacle) was that we had to wake up at 6:00 a.m., though I do that now I never did when I was five, another obstacle would have been staying quiet and not waking her up as we baked the cake.

Everyday before I get home from school, I have to plan out how I will do my homework. I tell myself this one is most important I’ll get to it first. After I figured out which piece of homework that I’m doing first I put in order the other pieces of homework. I estimate how long each piece of homework will take me to do. By doing that, I know how long all the homework in total will take me to do. This plan doesn’t always work. Last year, I made my brother really angry because (I think) we were fighting over the TV remote and I ran upstairs with the remote so he couldn't get it. I hid in my room with the lights off behind my big dollhouse, so when you enter my room, you couldn't see me unless you walked forward and I didn't make a sound. Everyone was looking for me in the house and I could hear my brother searching. He came to my room once, but he didn't see me. So he went downstairs and then came back up when he couldn't find me. Then he searched his room, which is next to mine, but didn't find me. Then as he walked out of his room, I opened my door and scared him so badly, I was laughing so hard! The obstacles I had to overcome was being quiet and hiding in a really good spot. My plan turned out great in the end!!
I don't really ever have to plan anything but when I do I always leave it to the last minute or to my mom. I always say to myself "it can be done in like 5 minutes" or "I have plenty of time". But when I realize how much has to be done I get very nervous and rush through it or make my mom help me.
I once planned to prank my BFF. I took away all her hair dye and when she went to go dye her hair, the was no dye anywhere in her house. It was all at my house without her knowing. She came to complain the next day having no idea I had all of it. I am a really bad at lying and just started laughing my head off and she realized I had it all. She got so mad at me and I had to bring 7 bottles of hair dye the next day to school to give it back to her.
Once, I decided to plan a game for my brothers birthday party. It was kind of like a treasure hunt, where my brother and his friends had to look for the numbers that I hid around the house. It took me about an hour to write down all the numbers and hide them, and then make a piece of paper for each boy to keep track of the number that they found. In the end, all of my work paid off! Everyone really enjoyed the game, and I really liked to plan it. I didn't have to face any obstacles, it was easy and fun and I would do it again!
I have planned many thing such as:- my day for whatever reason, projects, gifts, playing video games in secret, etc. Have I ever plotted a master plan? Not really as I do not put much thought into plans unless it is important. I can not think of a really complex plan that I have ever devised as most of mine are very simple. One plan I have thought of to avoid my younger cousins, (btw they are girls) is just playing video games whilst ignoring them, give them an ipad to play games on, and the fail safe put on some sort movie for example Frozen, Nemo, etc !
I have only needed to plan something once in my life because my friend needed help to plan her younger sister's birthday party. The birthday party was a blast! ReplyDeleteI once planned to prank my BFF.
ReplyDeleteLol! That's good! Planning a prank is so much fun, great blog.
DeleteOnce, I decided to plan a game for my brothers birthday party.
ReplyDeleteI have planned many thing such as:- my day for whatever reason, projects, gifts, playing video games in secret, etc.
